SHIPPING POLICY

At Way Co., we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the process and estimated timelines.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship our products throughout India and internationally to select locations. Availability of shipping may vary based on the product and the destination.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and dimensions of the purchased items. We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days for domestic orders.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
- International Shipping: Delivery timelines and rates vary based on the destination country and will be provided at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over INR 6000. This offer applies automatically at checkout for Domestic customers only.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within (1-3) business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed after 18:00 IST will be processed on the following business day.

During peak periods such as holidays or sale events, processing times may be extended.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Domestic Shipping (India): 7-10 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express shipping.
- International Shipping: Delivery times range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website or via the tracking section on our website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs regulations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your destination and offer alternative solutions or a refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at thewayofsatchitananda@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

1. How will I get to know about my delivery?

We will provide you with a shipment tracking number and link, through which you can track your order.

2.By when can I expect my deliveries?

For international orders, the expected time for standard deliveries is 10-15 days, and for domestic standard deliveries will take around 7 days. For international express deliveries, the time would be between 6-8 days.

3.I want to return my product, how do I do it?

We don't accept returns, however cancellations of the orders are allowed within a 24 hour time frame.
